These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ShopAM London website at shopamlondon.co.uk and any purchase you make through it. Please read them carefully before placing an order. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Us

ShopAM London is a retail business operating from the United Kingdom. We sell consumer goods via our website. Queries can be directed to us at support@shopamlondon.co.uk.

2. Who Can Buy From Us

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 or over. We sell only to individuals acting as consumers (not for business or commercial resale purposes). We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom and selected international destinations.

3. Forming a Contract

When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We will acknowledge receipt of your order by email. A binding contract is formed only when we send you a separate email confirming that your order has been dispatched. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order before dispatch, in which case we will provide a full refund.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated. We accept payment by debit/credit card, PayPal and other methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order. Prices may change at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

5. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided on the product page and at checkout. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by customs procedures or events outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Title to the goods passes upon receipt of full payment. We will notify you if a product is unavailable or if there is a significant delay.

6. Your Right to Cancel — Distance Selling (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

As a consumer buying online in the UK, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods without giving any reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

  • To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us clearly (by email to support@shopamlondon.co.uk) within the 14-day cooling-off period.
  • You must return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.
  • Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described.
  • We will refund all amounts paid, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return, whichever is earlier.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

7. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described:

  • Within 30 days: You are entitled to a full refund or replacement, at your option.
  • 30 days to 6 months: We will repair or replace the item. If repair or replacement is not possible, you are entitled to a refund.
  • 6 months to 6 years: You may still be entitled to a repair, replacement or partial refund if you can show the defect existed at the time of delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by UK law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Subject to the above, our total liability to you for losses arising in connection with your order shall not exceed the price you paid for the relevant goods.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and graphics, is owned by or licensed to ShopAM London and is protected by UK and international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without our prior written consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under applicable local law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the date of last update. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
