It rose to prominence throughout the 16th and 19th centuries, coinciding with the rise and fall of Gin as a result of riots and political scandal._x000D_ Because the Syllabub is such a cultural treasure, we at Zymurgorium decided it was too fitting to pass up, so we went about creating a gin to match such a famous delight! Bursts of citrus, lime, and pine with a warm oat undertone complete this one-of-a-kind gin.
