1872 Is a tribute to the first bottle of Cava created by Codorníu in 1872 and our pioneer spirit, also marks the time of creating rosés. A rosé made with a blend of the best-authorized rosé grapes for producing rosé cava. Pale pink in colour with fine, persistent bubbles. Fresh with intense aromas of red fruits and pleasant citrus notes. Cava is made according to the Traditional Method. The second fermentation, to produce bubbles and the unique flavour, takes place in this bottle.
